Life Updates and Buff Fanart Projects

Yeah, here is a quick update on what is happening with our lives and other things.

Grandma is Moving Out

About a year or so ago our Grandma had to move in with us because her mental health was getting bad and she couldn't live alone anymore, now we had to move her to an apartment in an assisted living facility cause it was getting to where we can't take care of her on our own anymore. so we are in the process of moving her and her stuff to the apartment this week.

Buff Fanart Projects and Commissions/Sketchmissions

As I said before I wanted to do fewer Commissions/Sketchmissions and more personal projects like Buff Fanarts. I'm getting close to starting working on some Buff Fanart projects, I just finished a big comic commission, and now I'm going to be moving on working on some Buff Fanart projects starting with characters from the movie The Bad Guys. I'm going to be working on a muscles/macro growth comic with two of the characters and some Buff-up images of the other characters. I'll post more info on these projects soon.

Turning 40 and Happy Easter

Yep. Today is a rare occasion where Easter Sunday falls on my twin brother and I's Birthday. We're turning 40 years old this year, so yeah we are getting old.

Anyways. I want to thank you all quickly for all the Birthday wishes I got and will get today and a quick Happy Easter as well.

Happy New Year and Plans for 2024

First, Happy New Year everyone let's hope that this year will be a good one.

Second, I want to take a moment and talk about what my plans are for 2024.

Buff Fanart Projects

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do any kind of Buff Fanart Projects in 2023. I got wrapped up in working on commissions and trying to pay unexpected bills by the time I realized I hadn't done anything for the Buff Fanart Projects the year was almost over. So hopefully this year I'll try to be better at getting some projects made and based on my surveys most of you guys want to see some bigger and longer muscle/macro growth and/or transformations in comics and stories. So hopefully I'll be able to make some this year.

Taking Fewer Commissions This Year

As I mentioned before part of the reason why I wasn't able to do any kind of Buff Fanart Projects last year was because I had to work on commissions and some of them were pretty big and complicated projects that took weeks and even months to finish. So this year I'm going to be taking fewer commissions and I'm only taking small simple projects like half-body commissions.

Removing The Streaming Options

I'm also going to be removing the options for streaming from my Artistree forms because I'm getting way too many commissions with the required streaming mark and the only time I could stream is mostly the weekends which is why some of these commissions take a while to finish cause I have at least start and/or finish them in a stream so a lot of these commissions I can't start working on them until I could stream and let's face it there going to be times when I won't be able to stream every weekend so hopefully by doing that will free me up to work on more commissions off stream.

Well, I think this is all I want to talk about and let you guys know what my plans are for the new year.

We Finally Have Home Internet Now

Yeah a quick update that we finally have Home Internet now with our new provider, but we end up having to get a new router cause the old one stopped working somehow so we have to run all the way up to Best Buy to get a new one. but it's working now we're slowly getting all our devices connected again. I'll probably try to do a stream sometime tomorrow to test it out otherwise we shouldn't have any more internet issues for a while now.

A quick update on our Home Internet problem we manage to reschedule a technician to come by yesterday (Friday) and the reality is the technology we have is very old and outdated we have been using old copper phones lines for internet connection cause we can't get the fiber internet connection out were we live and the old copper phone lines wiring is starting to get brittle and breaking and we can't replace the copper phones lines cause that more of a city decision to replace/upgrade these phone line to something more modern like fiber. The Tech guy did try his hardest but could not find a good connection with these old copper phone lines we have and he pretty much straight up told us there’s nothing more he can do for us and we have to switch providers that use a different web connection like cable. So as soon my brother got home we made a call to a new internet provider that uses Cable Internet and we quickly scheduled to get cable internet installed but the earliest time they have

Still No Home Internet

Yeah a update with our Home Internet problem as of now we still have no internet connection at home. The replacement modem did came in last Friday and it we got it hook up to the main line but still no connection so this means there something wrong with the main line. we did scheduled a technician to come by today and they didn't show up we don't know what happened if they got tied up with something or what but ether way we going to have to rescheduled, my brother is not very happy about it he took the day off to wait for them and they didn't show. So we don't know when and if we are going to get our home internet back the only internet connection we have is through our Mobile Phones and that every limiting on what we can do. So until we get our internet back or figure out what to do next cause we are thinking about switching providers if we are still being strung around like this, I will not be streaming cause there nothing I can do right now. I will still be working on

Next Three Days Off

Well, I have some good news and bad news. First, the bad news is I won't be able to stream today my brother and I went and saw the movie, Free Guy (FYI the movie was fun) and it took longer than I thought and we end up having to run some errands afterward so by the time we got home it got very late for me to stream. The good news is I took the next three days off from work so hopefully, I will be able to catch up on this month's commissions, but I took the time off cause we going to have a family event happening over those three days so I don't know if I'll be able to stream over that time but I am going to work on some commissions in between the family stuff.

Yeah, I need to talk about some stuff about my Patreon and commission and all so here we go. First I just want to say thank you to everyone that pledged to one of the commission tiers I was not expecting to get almost all the tiers to fill up so fast and quickly but I appreciate it greatly. But because I open my Patreon commission so late this month there is no way I'll be able to finish them all before this month is over there are only 4 days left this month and I still have 11 commissions to do and 4 of them are 5 to 6-page comic commissions and with my real-life job and family and my own mental health is just not going to happen. I do my best to get most of them done before this month is over, Yes my Patreon is the monthly base one but I'm not going to kill myself trying to keep up on it. So I'm just going to say this and put this out here don't expect your commission will be done by the end of the month when you pledge to one of my commission tiers especially if you're planning
